Hello All!
I have an aventos 3981ZW. I am generally very happy with my set, the only problem being the convergence. When I view a test pattern (from Star Wars THX Optimizer) the white vertical bars become red-white-greenish as you move away from the center of the screen. When watching DVD's (which is what I really care about) this problem can be seen as a pattern on light color backgrounds. Although this is not a big problem, I would rather have NO problems.
I just learned how to get into the service menu. Can I fix this problem from an item in this menu?
Also there seems to be a slight "compression" of the picture near the outer edges during camera pans. This is even less noticeable, but can it be fixed?
