Want to use Sky dish at house I just moved into for freesat, but it was the SkyQ type. CanI change Otto the Sky+ type? TIA

Just change the lnb to one of these

Not sure what you mean. The lnb above iis the one you need.

Technnicaly its a 4 output (quad)) ku band universal lnb. That most all twin tuner Frresat + pvrs need.

you can connect any of the two cables used for a Sky-Q install to any two of the 4 available outputs

You csn use the other two to connect a second twin tuner freesat+ box as well.

Yes I know that. I also know he was asking about changing it for the Sky+ type.
My point was based on the fact that as this thread is
A. not in the Sky section of the forum, and
B. the fact that the OP intends to use a Freesat box (most of which use the Sky+ type LNB),
BUT if he is considering the Arris Freesat box, there is an advantage in not changing the LNB.
The LNB you linked to is required if the OP is not considering the Arris box.
There you go. Post justified, with reasoning.
