Please someone help me!

I'm thinking of upgrading my amp to a Pioneer AX10 (150wpc) and need some small rear speakers that will be able to handle the sound this beast will kick out. My current rears (mission 780's) have been sold by their owner (thanks dad!).

As small as possible please.

Mission 771e are rated to about 125w, and are very small.

I take it you are talking about the EX Speakers ?

I would recommend the M&K S-85's for this job. Small and compact. The quality is unquestionable. They take 200watts RMS at least.

They are expensive though but you never said you were looking for budget ones.

Regards

Thanks a lot guys I think I'll have to go and demo both pairs soon to see which I prefer. BTW how much do the M&K normally go for Stewart?

I think they go for around £600 ??

Not too sure. Can't remember what I paid for them.

Regards

It seems a little odd to pay £800 for a pair of M&K rears with your existing set up and mjn's suggestion would seem a better balance

How can anyone take advice from someone who urges us to "Drink Pepsi"
