Just wondering if anyone can tell me what version of custom firmware I need to be on to play LBP. My PSP is running 5.00 M33-4 at the moment. Its an old PSP, first batch out I think (it was a gift years ago).

I would like to purchase a copy of LBP but also want to keep running the SNES/Amiga/2600 emulators I love to use.

With the newer custom firmware would I be able to download user created levels in LBP?

Thanks

Upgrade FW to 5.00 M33-6 thats what i'm running and have no problems with LBP.
Even playing it from the memory card no hassle at all.

Thanks Scott and welcome to the forum
Ill update my PSP in the next few days as I have ordered a copy of LBP for a bargain £7.97.

Well im now running 5.00 m33-6 so was eager to try LBP when it fell on the door mat today. Alas it wont work when I try to run the game it says I am on ver 5.00 and need to be on 6.00.

Ill have to see what I can find out, I might have to bite the bullet and update it :(

It now works
I get a crappy message on screen when I boot the game though saying about the FW creators site but its not an issue.

Shame I can't thank myself

I can't connect in game to get user made levels.
Anyone out there using a custom firmware PSP that has this working?
I can connect from the XMB and surf just not for the game, it times out.

I'm on 5.50 Gen D. Runs LBP no problem. I'll have a look into connecting online.
