Lip sync issues with UE55JS8000 and Sonos Beam

Hi,

I have recently bought a SONOS Beam and have set it up using the HDMI ARC channel with my Samsung UE55JS8000 TV which is about 2 years old now. I have significant issues with the video appearing before the audio. I have a SkyQ 2TB box through which most of the sound happens, but I also notice it through DVD/Blu-ray and if I play Amazon Prime/YouTube direct from the TV. All of the audio delay settings in the TV, Sky box and SONOS beam are set to 0ms but still the video arrives first. I have researched on a number of forums but can find nothing that really addresses this issue. I suppose I'm trying to find out if there is a way to delay the video by a few ms to help the sound catch up? All of the TV, SONOS and Sky box have the latest firmware updates.

Hi,

I have just bought Sonos Beam with 2x Play ones for surround and connected it via HDMI ARC port.

I have sky q 2Tb connected via HDMI 1 (STB).

All TV audio delay settings are 0 and sound set to PCM + Dolby.

Sky audio is set to Dolby and audio delay 0.

Audio is behind the tv picture.

Help!

How do I correct this?
