recently had my Sky+ box replaced from a Pace V1 to a Pace V2, now apart from the fan noise which I have to put up with I have noticed that sometimes there are lip sync problems with some of the channels, its only a very slight delay but enough to be noticable, and once you notice it its hard not keep looking at the mouths of the people on screen. If you change channel and then go back again it seems to cure it self

I see this both when there is normal sound from the TV speakers and also when the sound is comming from my AV amp.

    Anybody got any ideas ?

Sometimes it's a problem with the broadcaster (ITV are famous for it), but if it happens often, you could have a faulty box.

I'd agree with Nick, the only time I've ever had lip sync problems on Sky is with ITV.
