I wonder if anybody can help. I have recently purchased a Samsung PS42V4SX 42 in Plasma TV which seems very good value. However, now and then i receive lip sinc problems when viewing cable.

I currently link my cable box to my tv and also to my AV (for the sound). Should I be linking straight to my AV from my TV?

    Not an expert clearly!!

I also have DVI connections on my Plasma for video.

    Suggestions much appreciated.

Connecting audio out from the TV might help in this case, though it is clearly not going to do the biz if you have the problem with DVD, no dolby digital. The audio may be deliberately 'delayed' in the plasma works to cope with the slow video processing. It's a well known problem with plasmas various. If not, there are AV amps to cure the trouble, like the denon 38 series (3803's are cheap now, out of fashion), or there is an external box built by the guy in the sticky above, the aspect switcher man, to do audio delay.
