!Hello, im new to all these HDD recorders, is it possible to link one to your PC and transfer stored videos you have recorded?

Usually only if you have a video capture card in your PC, and you would have to transfer in real time.

I usually find it easier to burn to DVD, then rip the DVD to my PC using something like DVDShrink

Using DVD-Ram discs is much easier no ripping involved you just copy the video file from the DVD-Ram disc.

Thats why I purchased a DVD-Ram compatable recorder as I concluded it was the simplest method of getting the videos on my PC and then being to re-use the disc quickly again afterwards.
