anyone noticed any flicking lines on channel 4 last week or so.

    like this

------------------------------ usally in middle of screen for split second

ive seen them on sky digital and on ntl digital (have both)

remember the thread about the white dots on channel 4 maybe its something to do with that?

Yes I've noticed them on sky and stb freeview. If it's like the recent white dot problem then it should take them about 6 months to fix.

Terrestrial analogue is fine as per usual.

Not a very good advert for digital this.

Noticed the same thing on Sunday when watching 'Enterprise'.
    Very irritating.

    Thank monkey for that!

I've been messing about with wires etc. for ages - and then was stumped that it was only channel 4. Glad to hear its not my kit thats at fault!

    Hi!

I am really getting annoyed with these lines appearing on Channel 4 through my Sky+ V2 box.

Is this a common problem or is there something I can do to correct it?

I remember reading this thread before I got Sky+ and then looked out for it and, sure enough, I get annoying blue/white lines appearing that look like electrical spikes.

Should I phone Sky and ask what is causing the problem?

    Cheers!

    Gordon
