I'm going to be making another screen (with bought fabric) and I'm looking for some good ideas for the top and bottom rails. the screen will free hanging and manually rolled up and unhooked when not in use.

At the moment I'm using timber but this has began to warp slightly, so any other ideas, I dont want to use metal if I can help it.

So any ideas? and where do I get it from?

Curtain poles are worth a look, some made from MDF so resist warping.
