lights in a barco

    hi can anyone let me no i have a barco 701 and i have a great picture and i am very happy with it until i read a message in the week about lights in side the projector.
    So i thought i would look in side mine and found that i have a roll of 4 red lights at the back and the very back one is flashing very fast this has got me worry now because i dont want to damage projector if i use it does any one no if this light should be on? or how i can adjust some thing to put it out can this damage the projector if i use it. thanks codeone:confused:

    Panic not, it just shows the projector is working correctly.

    If you look carfully at the circuit board there is a lables to tell you what the LEDs mean.

    Power (ON there's power, OFF there isn't)
    Standby (ON projector running, OFF its not)
    Processor cycles (flashing good, solid or off bad)
    Error (bad)
    Block match (good , found a source it likes)
    Remote sensor (should only flash when remote pressed) (if flashing other wise infra red source will block remote)
    RCVDS (external switcher)
    PC (on a PC is talking via RS232)

    Stop looking inside and get on with watching films
