This is bound to be a stupid question, but is it usual for the 30H to allow light to emit from the bottom of the projector?

Yes as the lamp is right above the grill, but there is a light diffuser to keep light pollution to a minimum without compromising air flow.

Thanks Alan. BTW i've only had the 30H a few days and I'm completely over the moon with it. Very pleased I plumped for Sim2.

Is that Light Diffusor an accessory? Does it fit Sim2 HT300 Plus as well?

The light diffuser is present in all Sim2 models.

The ceiling bracket has a light blocker built in so when you ceiling mount the projector you don't get any light leakage.

There's another post about this somewhere, but how come there are NO pictures of the Sim2 wall / ceiling mount anywhere ? :(
Are they too embarrassed to publicise it....?! ;)
Anyone own one of these mounts & could please post a picture...?
