Start "Life with Playstation" from the XMB, if it dumps you in the news/weather globe-thing, then HOLD the Square button and press down on the d-pad to swap to the [email protected] icon. Release everything.

It should swap you to the "night map" globe, which is the [email protected] main screen, it will try to download a WorkUnit, which might make everything freeze for 30 secs or so, and then display a protein molecule. This is the main [email protected] screen and it will just chug away doing it's stuff. By default a screen saver will come on after a few mins, and you can flick back and forth from the news/weather and [email protected] pages freely (again by holding Square and up/down) and it will process in the background. You can double-tap the Square button to get a summary of your selected music and the status of your current Folding - this is generally more useful when in the news section and you want to check [email protected]

To change your user name and team, so that WUs get assigned to you and the AVF team, press Triangle and go into the topmost option, from there you can go down to Identity and find the options to change your username and team ID, AVF = 54579

You can check your stats at something like KakaoStats: Kakao Stats - Team Members - AVForums

EDIT: updated to be more accurate/helpful - see you on the tables Swordfish! Remember just a WorkUnit once a week is handy when you're charging your controller, you dont have to be doing [email protected] 24/7 or anything :)
