LG60UF850V- ARC (HDMI 2) output

Hope someone can help here.
I have bought myself an LG60UF850V 4k tv. I have it connected to my Denon 5200w but have a headache I haven't found a solution to.
Ok the set up is as follows -
Sky box is connected to HDMI 1 on the Denon. From the amp I have gone from HDMI(ARC) output to the TV. The TV has 3 HDMI inputs. HDMI 2 is the ARC input. I connected to HDMI2. When viewing from sky box audio output is exactly as it should be and 4k upscaling is really good.
When I go into the extra's in the LG TV and go to Netflix, the image is proper 4k and really nice, but there is no audio from the Netflix show, but the sky box audio is coming through. If I switch the sky box off and go in to the TV menu I can only get audio through the TV speakers. In the menu I have selected audio out (Optical/HDMI ARC), but when I do this I get nothing. My HDMI cable is ARC compatible.
I can get Netflix via my xbox one but its 1080p upscaled and with 5.1 audio, just I can't get the audio signal from Netflix on the TV to talk back to the amp.
Am I doing something wrong here or is it the fact that the HDMI ARC on the amp is OUTPUT only and not video out/audio in??

There may be a setting in the amp I am missing/

Ignore this post folks - seems I was not quite following instructions (!!) all working now as it should.

Well, it did work, but now it doesn't. I have gone through a number of LG videos of the set up, and have checked that my Denon settings haven't changed and they are as they were when it was working.
Any thoughts? Has anyone with this TV had this problem and solved it?? Would be nice to be able to use the ARC channel with all the smart tv elements that are so useful like Netflix, Amazon and Spotify - rather a shame if I have to use the TV's internal speakers (which I wouldn't in any event, not with my av set up!).
