LG49UH850V not responding to remote or physical buttons

Hiya. Our TV LG49UH850V suddenly froze during a programme (disney+) then rebooted itself. It now won't respond to either tv remote or physical buttons. Have replaced buttons in remote, done a hard reset (plug out, power button down) but nothing has worked. Any ideas please guys n girls? Many thanks

More info needed…What do you mean by “Have replaced buttons in remote”?
What happens when you power on the TV, do you have a picture or sound?
Does the standby light come on?, if so what colour is it?
How long have you had the set?
Is it still under warranty?
