hi guys I just registered my LG 65b6v when i purchased the tv I was told 12 month in store warranty was valid and 5 years LG warranty was also part of the deal.
So I registered my device but it only shows 12months warranty on the LG website?
Is there something else I have to do to get my full 5 year warranty cover ?
The sales person who I purchased my tv from said if it goes faulty to just return it to the store.
    And it would be replaced/repaired
And I would not have to deal with LG directly ?.
So my question is by just registering my product am I covered. ?

Warranty advice from store staff is crap.
My experience with Hughes was register 1st yr online with LG, then a few weeks later the remaining 4yr warranty arrived through post as an insurance policy from General an Domestic. I guess this was all arranged by LG. Not ideal as it's upto G&D whether they have it repaired or replace etc...

I called the store this morning they said I get 1 year will then LG
then they register my tv with them
and then the powerhouse cover the other 4 years.
but it is not on my receipt it has 4 years warranty so I will go and get something
    in writing.

Don't panic. If you have any evidence of advertised 5yr warranty, screen dump from hughes website was all I could find. Iam sure the extra 4yr part will eventually turn up through the post.
Actually I cant' find it on powerhouse website?
By "powerhouse cover it" do they mean with a 3rd party insurance company like G&D I wonder....

they just said the store cover any issues faults. vutnj have mow asked for a written receipt with them clarifying the 4 year warranty on the agreement.
waiting for a reply call .
and written validation from them directly.
