Hi guys, hoping someone can help. I was watching my LG TV, when suddenly the screen went black and the red standby light was pulsing for a few seconds before dying. I tried dusting, hoovering, removing the back panel and doing the same. However when I turn it on, the LG logo appears for a split second and the standby light pulses again for a few seconds before dying.
Any tips folks? I have read about baking the main board for a short term fix but am after something more permanent.
I have priced up a new main board, and power supply board, but am unsure which one it could potentially be and wondered if anybody could advise?
