lg sound bar sh3b vs sh5b

Hello all
Looking at buying an lg soundbar. Is there much difference between the sh3b and sh5b. Both the same price, only thing is my tv, blu ray, sky box and stand are all black and the 5b is grey. If there is a massive difference between the two I could suffer the grey.
