Find it on www.Qed-uk.com !
A link to the actual page would be useful. That site isn't the most friendly to find stuff........
I think he meant www.qed-uk.com
Anyway heres the direct link.
I take it that it's 4:3? There seems to be no information and no picture anywhere.
Yes it is
Here's a bit more information on it
Looks like its sold out for now!!
Having mine delivered Friday.
Anyone else here purchased one?
The first review I have found so far!! Sorry its French but easy french!!
Some data from the horses mouth, but in German!!
Looks pretty good!
Seems to be a lot of Yes's (Ja) in the spec!
I think its about time LG UK pulled their finger out and put the details on the UK site!! What are they playing at??
Well....... Got my tv!
So what do I think ? Absolutely superb! Looks good and picture looks fine to me. Comparing picture quality to any other I have seen in the shop, its much better but that maybe because the shop doesn't have very good reception anyway!?
The only let down is the speakers as they sound like a decent set of headphones turned up, but this just give you a good excuse to buy some nice seperate thumping speakers!!
I've got mine wall mounted but the tv looks good wall mounted or standing.
The picture is pretty sharp considering the worry about the 640 x 480 resolution. I don't get the picture delay problem either that many lcd suffer from (fast moving objects etc).
Very pleased with it!
Can you tell me if this has a widescreen mode, i.e. to make it 16:9 ratio? I played with one briefly in Currys the other day, but couldn't see any options to do this.
still familiarising myself with it but so far I don't think it does have 16:9 ratio.
If I find it then i'll let you know.
Having had the LG for a while now - would you recommend it?
Does it have the 16:9 mode? If not, what happens when you watch a 16:9 broadcast?
Itching to get one myself, but keep getting worried about PQ and "extras"
Currys/dixons are doing it for £599 now and if you go online with currys you can also get £50 off that price!!
If you read the small print you might be able to get one from Currys and try it out to see if you like it? best check the returns information first though!
I have not used my tv lately as i had to return it because i found out it had a faulty headphone socket. other than that it has been very good. I had not even seen the tv other than photos before I took the plunge so its up to you how you find out the quality of the tv. Still have not found 16:9 ratio. I think you should have a look at some other tv's but the next best 20" i know is the sharp for around £800-£900.
