    Can anyone help please?
I am now on my second TV from Sonic Direct. The first one had a manufacturing fault and now I have issues with the second one. The not so magic remote just stopped working, I am getting the error message Bluetooth Service Needs to Be Initialised". The TV will also not connect to the Internet. I am assuming the two issues are related I bought the TV's from Sonic Direct in Bradford - Before anyone purchases anything from this company I would check out their returns policy and read my review on trust pilot under "Buyer Beware"

Long shot but your not wall mounting it with the wrong screws which are too long and hitting the board in the TV are you

Thank you for the reply. It is wall mounted but the screws used were the exact ones recommended by LG. The issue seems to be with the remote, there are loads of threads about the magic remote not working. Really disappointed with LG and Sonic Direct. Spent £1,000 and no one is interested. Taking Sonic Direct to court, just not right from a retailer. Thanks again PP

Had various bits of the TV replaced. But what did see, to make a real difference was using very good quality battersies in the remote.Seemed to bring it to life a bit. Let me know how you get on.
    Best of luck.
