LG OLED Power Cord Question

Hey all,

Do all OLED LG TV's have the special power cord? I found a good deal on a OLED65BX but it was returned without the power cord and I am trying to figure out if it has the special cord that can't be purchased. If so, I will cancel. Unless you think LG will warranty it and replace the cable since I bought it from an authorised retailer?

Thanks,
Aaron

That model uses a captive power cable (It's fixed inside) and the only way it can be removed is to remove the TV's back cover.
What does the dealer say as to why the cable is missing?
Are you even sure the TV is in working condition?
I can't see LG replacing it under warranty, the dealer should be able to source a replacement.
