Anyone who recognizes my problem with the picture format changing while watching Netflix?

The picture size suddenly just change by zooming to another format?

I need to restart the app to change the format every time?

Yes, Netflix, Viaplay and rarely time on YouTube.

I may have the answer, but not sure.
I have a hitachi and have the same issue after reading a few forums alot of people seem to be experiencing the same issues.
The only answer i have that seems to work is, do not pause a programme you are watching, this seems to cause the zoom issue. I do not know if this solves the issue permanatly, but it has helped.
