LG OLED Keeps Shutting Down

LG model OLED55C8PUA. Two months old. Keeps turning itself off. Might be two hours....thirty minutes. I've done all the trouble shooting I can - reset the TV....made sure no timers are on...firmware up to date...changed power source it is plugged into...changed HDMI cable (not sure what that would ho to help). TV is sitting in a open area (no heat issues IMO). I'm lost. Waiting for a tech to come out. Anyone with this experience? I've seen threads on this issue but they're older. I was under the impression LG was a well made TV. Now I'm not so sure. Thanks!

I had an issue where mine (55B7) kept advising me it was about to turn off to do a pixel refresh !! I assume this was the 2000 hour one, but it still didn't seem right to turn the tv off without permission. It also did it over and over again. I solved it by turning the tv off and unplugging overnight.
The software does seem a little flakey sometimes. I'm not saying yours is exactly the same problem could could be worth trying.

Well it runs out that the likely reason this was happening was because of the quick link/sync feature. I had a tech out to my house. He got into readings from the TV, sent them to LG tech and they said turn it off. Funny they would offer this as a feature, then advise not to use it.

I have the exact same model and I am experiencing the same thing. I too did all that you mentioned but no luck. Mine started acting up this weekend. Have you found the problem?
