LG OLED BX - Voice bar coming up intermittently

I recently purchased a BX oled. It’s a great TV but I have recently had an issue where when we are watching the TV, Netflix or anything every 10 minutes or so the Blue bar that usually comes up if you use the ‘slow’ voice command just goes across the screen (like the TV is about to do a voice search) . nothing happens but it will then do it again 10 minutes later. I’m unsure if this is a software issue or somthing I need to turn off ? Has anyone else had this issue with there BX or CX tv’s ? Or OLED at all? - Thanks :-0

Are you sure it's not in “Store” mode?

General Additional Settings Home/Store Mode
You can choose between Home Mode and Store Mode.
To use the TV at home, select Home Mode.
Select Store Mode only when the TV will be displayed in store.
