LG monitor with built in TV tuner, thoughts please?

just seen this, it's not a lcd tv as such, it's a new LG monitor with built in TV tuner and have a few questions about it. Don't really know too much about LCD TV's etc, so any comments appreciated. Could someone take a look at the spec of this for me please and let me know what you think?

I'm looking for a 22"-26" TV primarily, but don't want to spend shed loads on a TV. Just about the cheapest 26" lcd TV i've seen is around the £300 mark.
I've seen 19" LCD TV's for about £180 but 19" is slightly on the small side.
The item above is on sale for £199 (supposed rrp £349).

Anyone any idea if this will be any good as a stand-alone TV?

This doesn't say it's HD ready, but it has a DVI imput. Am I right in thinking i'll be able to watch HD stuff (broadcasts/dvd's) on this via a HDMI-DVI cable?

Having had a look at response times, contrast etc of other 'proper' lcd TV's this seems pretty good to me, but do monitor's and lcd tv's differ in ways that might make this pretty bad as a stand-alone TV?

Oh......and if anyone can recommend alternatives ('proper' lcd TV's) for similar size and money etc please let me know.
