LG LU7000 Can't get ITV1

I've bought this 22" LCD DVD Combo.

It tuned in to 145 channels but not ITV1.

It has all the other ITV channels

I've done a factory reset

Three other sets in the house have digital ITV1 no probs.

Any ideas. Please

can you try a retune? - freeview had a change-around recently and ALL freeview recievers have to be retuned or you lose channels

is the TV's freeview connected to same external ariel as all other TV's-?

Thanks for your reply. I've done numerous factory re-sets.

I have found ITV1 it is on Channel 801 but I don't know how to move it to Channel 3.
