    Has anybody got one of these TV's and Sky+ can you please tell me which code you used so the Sky+ remote operates the TV.

    My Sky+ remote has Rev 6 printed on a label on the back..

    I've tried wading through the list of codes and it still doesn't seem to work. I also seem to recall from when i first got Sky+ that programming the remote wasn't quite as straightforward as the instruction manual suggests, something about the way the buttons are pressed, it has been a while now...;)

    Code 206 was no good for me. I was also told by Sky+ CS to pre-fix the 3 digit code with an extra 0 for a rev 6 remote but that didn't work either.

    getting pretty hacjked off with this, i had no hassles with my previous Panasonic CRT tv....

    Did you try the alternative set up in the sky + instruction book, that worked for me.

    Just bought a Rev -8 remote off e-bay. After a bit of messing about and swearing ( probably due to operator error) I got it to work by doing the following onthe remote;

    • Press TV button.
    • Press & hold Select and Red button together for 2+ secs ( LED flashes twice ).
    • Press 9, 9, 9, ( LED Flashes twice ).
    • Press TV.
    • Press & hold for 2+ secs Select & Red button together, (LED flashes twice ).
    • Press 2, 0, 6, Select, ( red LED flashes twice )
    This process worked for me on an LG 37LC2D TV.

    Well done Sid. Just bought my new Sky+ REV 8 from ebay and 206 code now operates my 37LC2D. For all others looking for a code for the REV 6 remote then stop wasting your time. New rev 8 available all over eBay and even change ARC by pressing TV then play. Good remotes, original and only a tenner.

    Just noticed, press tv then help to get selection of inputs. AV1 AV2 etc.

    Hi pjfair, thanks for this, just ordered a rev-8 off ebay, was really annoying not being able to control TV through rev-6 remote.

    What does ARC stand for ? and can you really get a list of inputs through the Sky+ remote? That would be great, I would then never have to use the original TV remote to change between AV-3 and Component!! (Sky SD and Xbox 360 ).
