I tried playing m2ts files on this home theater system but it doesn't work. Tried from USB device, network-PC and from DVD disc. They all report same error Video resolution not supported...

How to solve this issue so I can play m2ts files ?

The system doesnt support m2ts files!
Then how do you play Blu-ray disc which has m2ts extensions ?
I have ton of Video material from my HD camera I want to play m2ts files, the problem is obviously only in firmware of the LG Blu-ray player, which can easily be upgraded if they do this.
I'm a programmer so I know this can be done easily, all support is already in LG Blu-ray they just need to allow to play such files - with those extensions from any source.

I have just bought this home cinema system. Each time I try to play a 3D movie disc, it refuses to play and says that the disc require ' a 3D HDTV & 3D Blu-ray player or a Blu-ray player that has been upgraded with the necessary firmware'
Pls note that my tv has all the necessary facilities.. This is the second player that i have bought within 6 months because of compactibility problems. Can someone help me on what to do.

If you can return it immediately and ask for refund. Buy something else, LG is the worst in this . Support is terrible :thumbsdow. Return your product ASAP.
If you can buy popcorn c-300 and solve all of your problems !

Thanks. I am returning it tomorrow. On the other hand, does the Popcorn C-300 have good musical output. I am looking for a system that can play most movies format and also has the capacity to play musical disc with good output.
Please I need your advice.

Audio/Video Outputs: HDMI, Component Video, Composite Video, Stereo Analog Audio, S/PDIF Optical, Digital Optical.
It plays anything and everything if you know what I mean. Further more it's upgradable with software and hardware. You can even plug-in slim Blu-ray player in it if you want and internal HDD of 2TB size... You can control whole system through iOS or Android tablet/smartphone. I prefer tablet, much better impression in front of guests LOL :)

But Yeah this is the most advanced media player you will find today, there simply isn't any better which can play really a ton of formats.
