hiya, strugglnig to spot the differnce betweenthese two systems.

only visable differnce is that 954 comes with two extra floor standing speakers??

is it worth extra money???

Absolutely!! the 2 rear speakers (and centre of course) add lots of depth to any home cinema. in my opinion the step from 2.1 to 5.1 is quite dramatic and no amount of virtual jiggery pokerey can replace an extra 3 physical channels of audio!
