LG GX65 and LG ThinQ app - iOS unable to add TV - Works on Android

Hi,

I'm a proud new owner of the LG GX65... Lovely screen...
However, I am finding issues with the LG ThinQ app...

I have the app installed on iOS, iPhone 11 Pro, search for the TV... does not find it..
I have an LG Tumble Dryer, and that is displayed fine.

Uninstalled, logged back in.. nothing for the TV..

Tried the Android version of the app and it works fine, I can add the TV, both dryer and TV are displayed and I can control the TV fine.

Any ideas why the iPhone is not seeing the TV?

Regards,
Dom

Hi Rick,

My tv is hardwired into the network..
Not tried air play to any great degree.

I know the TV is seen on the network due to my Android phone connecting to it.. (and I can ping the TV's IP address).
