LG GM360 - stuck on headphones

LG GM360 is stuck in headphone mode, no ringtone, cannot hear voice both ways.
I've tried factory reset and inserting/removing headphone over and over but no luck.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, I will take it to the dealer in hope! Failing that its new phone time again
