LG C9 anyone seen this at login from your PC?

Have any of you seen this? I get this randomly on my TV before I login. I can't play it or open. Its a video i've already viewed online. My PC connected to my LG

I can exit out. Its random video clip from different sites (Gaming, Horror, YouTube, Facebook). Some reason it displays in the right corner at the login screen.

Didn't know if there was a setting in the C9 i'm missing. I don't why it displays there...

media controls on the windows lock screen are apparently tied to certain applications, there are various ways for turning it off.
