Been watching the 65" OLED run out prices and getting to the point where I'm ready to bite. I've got a price match at JL for the 65" C8 @ £1699 (delivered). But Costco currently have the TX-65FZ952B @ £1379. I know the Panny doesnt have Dolby support. But thats not a deal breaker for me. I'm not too bothered about the smart features, I prefer to use separate smart box as I don't trust TV manufacturers to provide updates for long. My two main concerns about the Panasonic are the Frame stutter issues. Were these ever fully resolved? And the lack of magenta-reducing filter, as there is a large window adjacent to the set. Still I'm sorely tempted to grab this deal. Costco have an excellent returns policy, so worst case it will cost me a bit of time. Things seem to be moving quite fast, so I think i'm better off keeping the £300 in my pocket and putting it towards another run out model in two years. Rather then spending it now. Thoughts greatly appreciated.
