Lg c1 77 glow bottom left corner when using pc

Hey everyone,

I’m on my 2nd tv from lg and just moved to a C1 77inch, The picture and blacks are perfect when using on-board software Netflix Disney+ etc

However when watching stuff in 4K or SDR on my PC there’s a weird white banding or the black isn’t truly black like a digital interference I don’t know how else to explain it. I have attached photos.

I know the TV is not faulty as it displays perfectly fine on everything else just using pc, It’s really distracting and really annoying when playing games LG did not know how to help me and just suggested I return the TV.

It looks like a lamp is shining on the tv but isn’t when I turn HDR off it goes away ?

Can anyone help.

With what media player you are playing the content in the TV?
Some media players do not hide the control bar or the mouse very good/completely and that is why you may see this white in the bottom corner.
Try KM player or mpc-hc123.
