Anyone got a 8120 on 3 who can comment on reliability etc, but mainly on the battery life? I amtempted by some of the offers available on this, but concerned over the warnings of having to charge the phone every day!

Is this true in normal usage? I am very unlikely to use the phone for video calls; only voice and text.

    Thanks

Thanks for that.I also saw one retailer claiming that calls to landlines outside of the video coverage area would be charged at 15p per minute. I assume this is after the inclusive minutes have been used?

{Edit} don't worry - found the answer buried in 3's website! The 15p is only after inclusive calls have run out!

Mine also gets charged every other day (8120), with some proper use in there none of this standby nonsense.

Great phone, shame mine just broke (rdd time, 4 months - 1st was a duff battery, 2nd a duff sim). Looks like Microphone has given up.

The battery life is good on mine, better than Motorola phones.

the battery life is okish, i wouldnt say its the best. Its ok if u just make calls but it tends to get drained when ur using the 3g service such as browsing the 3 webby or video calls :(

I get about 2 days use out of it but usually turn it off at night. It's a pretty good phone IMHO, not experienced dropped calls and it seems to find a signal quickly. The only issue I have is that it sometimes tries to hang onto a weak 3G signal rather than switching to the stronger O2 one, but then I guess 3 would prefer that "feature"
