Has anyone experienced this problem yet in the photo? I've tried switching inputs even to get rid of the idea it could be the cable box and it stays within the TV on the next input and home screens.

What could be the issue? It's only 4 months old. Also, turning off the tv and back on returns it to normal.

Thanks
Frank

I have the same model for 4 1/2months, and it has the identical problem. happened twice in the last several weeks. Please let me know if you have come up with anything. Called LG? Maybe an adjustment? Thanks Dougtex

I'm not sure yet. I have not got in touch with LG yet but from what I've read I hope it's not a power related issue. Which would make sense, do you have to power your tv off as well to have it go back to normal? Would like to see a photo as well to compare. I bought mine at the end of September.

My problem is identical as in your pic. Power the tv off, then on, and the problem goes away. Will take a photo the next time it happens and post it. Bought mine 8/24/15. If it's a failing hardware issue, it would seem the incidence will increase over time, and will finally turn fatal. Time will tell.

Have not had this problem yet, nor have I had the grainy/snowy pic appear again. When it does, I will let you and LG know about it, and perhaps find a solution.
