LG 55Nano90upa 55" Nano90 television Stand width
Hello everyone. I am considering purchasing the 55" 2021 model LG NanoCell 90 Series television. Specifically, I am looking at the model: 55NANO90UPA
I am hoping someone on the forum has this television with the leg stands attached. I am confused on the width separating the outer portion of the two support legs.
Based upon the specifications from LG of the television, the width separating the outer portion of the two legs is 43.5".
Now, I have also been looking at the NanoCell 80 55" model. The specifications from LG on this television for the width separating the outer portion of the two legs on the NanoCell 80 is 41.7".
The 1.8" difference makes a world of difference for my television stand. However, I would prefer the 90 model over the 80 model. Please also note, mounting the television is not possible.
Here's the rub. The 80 and 90 models both have the same width and height of the set itself (the screen and bezel around the screen, but not considering the legs) according to LG specs. Comparing images of the two sets, at the same angle, and the same size of the main television set (since that is the same dimensions on both sets), the images of the 90 shows the legs are closer together than the 80. Yet, the specs from LG state that the 90 legs are further apart than the 80's.
So, something is amiss. At least one of the following is wrong.
1. The distance between the legs as quoted by LG on the 90 are wrong (I am hoping this is the case).
2. The images of the 90 on LG's website are wrong (perhaps pre-production images on the site with the production units being different).
3. The images of the 80 on LG's website are wrong (perhaps pre-production images on the site with the production units being different).
4. The dimensions of the set (minus the legs) as quoted by LG on the 90 are wrong.
5. The dimensions of the set (minus the legs) as quoted by LG on the 80 are wrong.
6. Or something I am not thinking of.
Can anyone with the LG Nanocell 90, model 55NANO90UPA, with the legs attached tell me the distance separating the two legs, measuring from the outside point on both legs? There are no stores nearby where I can go measure the set myself.
