Question LG 50PS3000 Blank screen when connected to receiver.

I have an LG 50PS3000 connected to a Yamaha RX-V481D which was working great until a couple of months ago when I lost the picture.

I have a YouView and a Panasonic BluRay player connected as the inputs.
The following is what I am getting in different configurations.

Not sure what is going on here now but I am still having problems with this box.

I have tested it with the following configurations.

"YouView" - HDMI - "Yamaha RX-V481-D" - HDMI - "LG 50PS3000"
--- Sound from amp but no picture on LG

"YouView" - HDMI - "Yamaha RX-V481-D" - HDMI - "Samsung LT22B300"
--- Sound on amp and picture on Samsung

" YouView" - HDMI - " LG 50PS3000"
--- Sound and picture on LG

" YouView" - HDMI - "Samsung LT22B300"
--- Sound and picture on Samsung

So everything works just not via the Yamaha to the 50 inch plasma and I have no idea why as it was working until I had the original fault. ​
