Hi i recently got a second hand lg tv. 50LA669S-ZA . I did not receive the original remote. The tv was used in betting shop. I got it in its box and the box shows that the remote is a white magic remote. I have other lg remotes but can only use the remotes to access volume up and down., channel up and down input change and power on and off. I cannot access settings either with remote or by the buttons on the tv. So my queation is can anyone help me rest the tv to its factory settings? Do i need a service remote to do this? Or the original remote? And why doesnt the settings button on the side work?
