How do I get into service menu ?

contacted support today as there new firmware for my 49uf850v was corrupt, even support team tried it and said it was faulty, keep an eye out for new update during week they fix it

how do i access service menu on this, was able to hotel mode using old lg remote and holing HOME then pressing 1150 then OK,

tried holding OK on remote & holding button under tv on panel, TV just switches off after few secs?

Did you find a way? I tried the same thing on my 43UH610T and it doesn't work. Nor do any other buttons I've tried.
