LG 47lw5700 horizontal lines t con board?

Hi I have a nice 3d full hd led lcd tv, the lg 47lw5700-ue the following video shows the problem. if anyone might know what's causing the lines and patterns that would be great. so far I've pulled it open, disconnected all the cables, cleaned them with high proof rubbing alcohol and reseated them but the problem remains. There's no picture but the sound is fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated prior to dumping a bunch of money into it.

Did you ever figure this issue out? Was it the T-Conn board?

I have the exact model and I noticed this problem shortly after connecting main power to a power inverter that was not PURE SINE WAVE.
