Dear All, I have downloaded some 3d Half SBS movies. When trying to play 3d content with my mediaplayer (popcorn-hour) ,the set up 3d option in the menu is not active (grey). Only the 2d->3d option is active. I turned the true motion off and tried some other configuration settings however I did not succeed to make this work. The weird part is that in regular tv programms I can activate all these 3d options. please help! thank you levoz
Hi, The reason the 3d options are'nt selectable is because your popcorn is outputting at a unspupported 3d resolution. If you go into the popcorns menu and find a resolution setting then change it to 1080p or 720p and it should fix your issue.
