Hello,
I have 42LM615S-ZE TV and have it installed in bedroom with extension to headphone plugged-in. Down side is that TV is in auto headphone mode even though just extension is connected.
So I tried to access EZ Adjust menu to disable Headphone mode since regular menu does not allow that. Problem is that Tool Option3 has this option greyed out. I see no reason why. Do I have to enter any other code besides 0413 at beginning ?
Tried searching the net and usually users have no problem disabling headphones on LG TV's, even ones with faulty headphone plug.
