LG 32LD350 Broken LCD, spare parts

Hi everyone,
Mounting the tv stand in a new LG tv, I have pushed to much with the screwdriver while tightening the screws of the tv stand, with the result that you see in the picture. Of course neither bestbuy nor LG want it back, so I am exploring the possibility of a repair.
I opened it and I have found that the LCD screen is a Sharp LK315T3LA77. I googled it, but I was only able to find the UL certification for this part number.
My questions:
1) where can I find the spare parts?
2) Is there any equivalent LCD screen that I could buy?

Otherwise my only option I guess is to put it on Ebay in case someone want to cannibalize it for spare parts

Try and find someone on eBay who is selling the same TV for spares and repairs and swap the screens or sell yours for the same on bay and put the cash towards a new TV.
