Question LF Advice (Kinda Lost)

Novice Member
Hi there
i currently own ( by luck) a Pioneer Kuro LX608D and a 48" JU7500 Samsung 4K.
Kuro doesnt even come close to the samsung. Not sure if its becasue the age of Pioneer or just needs calibration.
The living room is around 90 sq.m so i was thinking to keep the Kuro for that room but after checking its image i am re consider the whole situation.
So should i have come close to 3 options.
1. Buy a projector. Dont want to spent high amount of money but i would like to have a great image, at least as my current Samsung TV has (?)
2. Add a new 60" 4K TV (QLED or OLED)
3. Calibrate my Kuro?

In A option can you please advice which brand model to look for, and get the best vfm option?

Thank you in advance
