Don't know if I'm in the right forum for this but here goes...
Pulled the above DVD off the shelf for a look last night only to find it was 'sticky', with a pattern beneath the layer of the disc. Completely unplayable. Has anyone else had this problem?
If so, who did you contact?
    Thanks,
    Tayke

Sounds like DVD rot. IE he glue bonding the two layer together has reacted with a contaminant.

    Try contacting WB UK.

The same thing happened with the first batch of terminator dvds. Because there were so many complaints a help line number was printed in dvd review and if you sent the disc back they replaced it for you. Dont know if warner will do it for this one though, it depends if there are a lot of people with the same problem.

    Hi,
Visited the WB site which seems to have everything except an email address?
Can anybody point me in the right direction?
    Thanks,
    Tayke
