    Hello,

New to the forum here, looks like there is a lot of information avalible! Here is a question you might be able to help me with.

Being a poor college student, I'm looking to get a new TV, but I also cannot spend a fortune. Price range is somewhere around $250.00. Any recommendations on what to look at / look for in a tv around this price range?

The set will primarily be used with a Sony DVPNS755V Progressive Scan DVD Player.

Yep, I'm in the USA and using US dollars. Widescreen would be cool as hell but I didn't think that was anywhere close to my price range.
