I read somewhere that there is a directors cut version of that great film 'Leon'. I've searched on most of the websites and I can only find the normal DVD. Does anyone know where I can get the directors cut one at all?

    Cheers for any help.

Not available on R2 in the UK.

Can be found on R1 and in a double pack containing both original & Dir. Cut on R3.

Probably more versions in other regions, but I'll leave that to others who may have more info than me.

EDIT: Beaten to it by homethx!

    Director's cut DVD options:

    R1 - Standard.
R1 Superbit - picture is the same, sound in the rears is to low.
R3 - both versions in a 2 DVD pack, good picture and sound.
R2 Japanese - supposed to be best picture quality about £20.

New deluxe edition due 11th Jan.

Thanks for the info guys, I knew someone would come up trumps for me. I've waited all this time to find it so waiting for the DTS version seems the right path to take.

    Cheers

R3 2 disc version is available from www.koreandvds.com for about £6 ($11) plus P&P. Nice digipak - one of my favourites and at a really cheap price. Not bothered about DTS version unless its in a better pack but presumably it'll cost a lot more anyway. Is DTS worth the extra - probably not.
