If it's being re-issued then, then what happens to all of us who have imported this disc, had it awhile, but with the dodgy soundtrack? Do we get free replacements, or will we have the great choice of "tough titty" or paying another wad of moolah for the new version?

Oh, and whilst I prefer Director Cut's over regular versions of most films, I have to admit to being a little bit dissapointed with the new "Leon". Don't get me wrong, as it was good to see what had originally been cut, but all in all, I think I actually prefer the leaner, shorter, original edit.

Posted this in general chat as well.

Watched Leon the professional-international version last night. Great film, superb picture quality. The best I've seen so far I'd say. BUT, where's the surround channels?
Tried both DD & DS sound mixes, but zero from the rears. Is this a dud disc, or is Leon a bad pressing? If so is there a recall?
If anyone can shed some light on this I'd be grateful.

Contact your supplier for details, as its actually a faulty disc you should get a replacement, though you will have to return your faulty copy.

Any ideas which is the best version of this film on DVD. I have the VHS copy and have waited until a decent version was released. I'd heard the French version was supposed to be the best just called The Professional??
