surely they have to honour it, as thats the price they have put it at.

Like the time a super market ( cant remeber which one) had put in a laptop at 50p on their system and they had to sell it the bloke.

"If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned."
